Grateful for My Remarkable Life with, and Love of,
Antonio R. Garcez
" It is with profound sadness that I announce the peaceful passing of my beloved husband of 40 years, Antonio (Tony) Garcez at our home in Central, NM on Sunday, September 10, 2023 from Parkinson’s related complications.
Antonio’s life has been a cherished blessing to so many, and he will be remembered dearly for the depth of his creative brilliance, spiritual expertise and ever-present humor. If you were lucky enough to be in Antonio's life, you know the unbelievably kind, selfless, loving, and funny human being he was.
In addition to his passion for creating art in multiple mediums, he enjoyed music, the great outdoors, exploring museums and galleries, visiting national parks, and investigating first hand paranormal experiences.
Nothing was more important to him than spending time talking, laughing and storytelling with the people he loved. His heart had no boundaries and nor did his friendships. Antonio’s carefree and generous life energy repeatedly inspired people's hearts and minds. Nobody could have asked for a better son, brother, friend, uncle or husband".
